Khalid Wafa

Entrepreneur | Business Advisor | District Director, Milestone College | Transport & Real Estate Executive

I began my journey in Canada in 2011, working in a bakery while supporting my family and relatives in Afghanistan—my mission from day one has always been to create opportunity, not only for myself but for others in need. After graduating from adult school and facing early challenges in college due to financial responsibilities, I shifted my focus to building real-world experience.

From 2013 to 2021, I worked in the federal nonprofit grants sector, helping community organizations, independent businesses, and youth-focused initiatives access funding, create jobs, and benefit from government-subsidized training programs.

Along the way, I launched several ventures in the sectors of supermarkets, import/export, technology, and marketing development. Some succeeded, some failed—but each brought lessons that shaped me into a resilient and knowledgeable business leader.

Today, I lead business grant advisory, investor in transport company industry in Quebec, and shareholder of Bar and restaurant franchise in Montreal and I serve as District Director at Milestone College in Montreal, and i am a proud member of BODA Group, a real estate development company. My journey has been full of ups and downs, but it has built the foundation for who I am today: a results-driven entrepreneur with a passion for community impact and business growth.
